I'm in complete empathy with your concerns. However I understand that the MD may have been blindsided by the GM bid and hopefully we do have a couple of independent directors still in place. However this would be a very delicate balance!!

People of the Chairman's nature don't tend to starve or kill a prospect - they just use their influence and significant shareholding to get the best result for their personal interests.

My guess is that AGS will be privatised eventually, but at a higher pay-out than 14c. Hang in there!!
