Would you kindly inform the forum of the progress of the Yundamindra dispute which has been going on for some years now.
I understand that one of the Directors of NME is a QC.It also appears that the cost of Legals has been charged to NME shareholders.
It may be considered by many on whose best interests are best served in a protracted dispute.
