Apparently both parties where in discussions on the future of the project for 12 months before this schmozzle began to unfold , one was recalcitrant toward the other and so today is where we are, partnerships rarely end well and money is usually the dissolving issue so unless NME stumps up some cash for starters to bring them back in the black with the project costs i cant see much progress being made at all on that side of things as annoying as it is for everyone holding shares in either company.
