    To those out there way more knowledgeable than me on corporate law......
    Can MCT buy NME shares on market??
    If they can, then they only need to buy 9m @ say 3c = $270k
    which would then be enough to pass resolutions at a GM.
    If they can....then why haven't they been pursuing that course of action?
    Just curious.
