As I see it MCT hold 34.21% in NME, yesterday 11.48% NME shareholderes voted FOR resolutions 1-6. IMO this 11.48% are the swing minority and MCT would only have to purchase on market (with disclosure) 4.32% NME share to take control. IMO with the extensions MCT are hoping to finally convert the 11.48% +/- swing voters across. Its going to be close but I believe soon enough NME shareholders would want to see progress. It would interesting to also see the participating rate in any future NME capital raise. GLTAH
