I'm sure they have already tried this....but a higher offer with confirmation that NME's board accept this is surely worth considering. If they have tried this and we are told that a formal "higher" offer was made to the BOD of NME but rejected, there may be enough shareholders to accept the higher offer to get them over the line. This is not advice - I really don't know.....it would just be nice to see this resolved!!!
