You can’t tell me the company had no choice, but to do a hostile TO. Also, doing a hostile TO and letting it drag on like this doesn’t do well for SP performance. What’s MCT’s SP compared to NME’s SP?. NME’s SP is a lot higher than MCT’s isn’t it? So, this TO offer of MCT has affected MCT more than NME judging by the way MCT’s SP has performed so far.
