    If the IER values NME at 0.003c, than you would have to
    take the view that the TO offer is way to high, this offer values
    NME at 0.0144c, thats almost a 500% premium on MCT
    current market price.
    IMO that is where the NME price will slide to when the offer expires
    in September,
