Not surprising at all that they lost the meeting - 4.4% short of reaching a majority. I didn’t think they would be able to make the 50. The turnover of shares in this takeover also died a long time ago, I am not sure where any further acceptances will come from unless something happens on the NME side.
I am sure they know they are stuck as a very significant NME shareholder for now.
