"Nex chairman Tom Percy and chief executive Ken Allen hang on in second share holder showdown, but judge reveals Metalicity could have more to say about proxies in previous blue" Very interesting read indeed, due to appear in courts this Thursday after last weeks mentioning. Note Justice Hill's comments regarding Allen's voting practice and Allen's admissions in last weeks court judgements [2022] WASC 234. Allen believes he had the right or the power to exercise those votes on behalf of shareholders. Guess we will wait to see this evidence.
