I'm repeating myself, but the mechanics of a higher offer has long gone.
When the offer was first made, MCT SP was circa 1c which meant each NME share was worth 4.81c.
Now one MCT share under existing offer is worth only 1.443c hence why there has been no further uptake.
To increase the offer above original value would need to be around 20 to 1........obviously would be massive unacceptable dilution.
Also, don't forget that any offer increase in an off market take over has to apply to all NME shares currently accepted.....so simply not possible.
