re: Ann: Takeover Bid - Independent Expert... The way i see it, is to attract oversea investment UCL & MAK combined is sellable. But apart they are not. Production will be expensive which means shareholders will have to reach into their pockets again without any guarantee of a result.
To me this is a no brainer.
