Hey team. Im not a very experienced investor - chasing some advice. Like many of you by the looks, I bought into BST as a long term hold for income etc…
I’ve had a quick look through the takeover booklet sent out this arvo, but I’ve found it pretty confusing. Can someone explain in laymans terms what the options are here?
It seems a lot of people are accepting the offer at $1.89 but what if I I don’t? If they get to 90% are they likely to force the takeover at a much lower price? Any help you can provide is appreciated, thanks guys.
