    I also wonder how much Deloitte were paid to do the following calculation

    maintainable ebitda - $100 million (finger in the wind, sounds about right) x 4.5 - 5 (usual earnings multiple in retail) less net debt (which is all lease liabilities, so not even debt)

    that’s the extent of their valuation. Probs get 200k for that home school effort!
