This is an intriguing theory, and perhaps plausible. It sounds like they have given TIE training wheels before they can cycle themselves. The only aspect I see questionable is that the company has been doing the right things and the sp should be moving upwards. Yet it gravitates like glue around 60-62. Given the scenario to be plausible and perhaps true, what is the catalyst one would expect to move past the 70 cent range?
