    I think some holders are mixed up with the Chinese companies holding shares.
    The takeover entity Zhaojin has the offer in place at 58 cents.
    Chifeng is the largest shareholder at 12.5% and has a board member. The majority of their shares purchased in a placement at 58 cents.
