Could some one please explain if Maxotel already owns 51.6% of Vonex why is it that Swoop continues
extending this offer to buy in Swoop shraes 100% of Vonex.
Is our BOD slow learners or do they love flogging a dead horse.
Perhaps next time they may have some cash in the bank before they make an abortive offer.
Who would want Swoop shares anyway if they have watched their own Vonex shares continually get hammered.
Swoop has hardly set the world on fire since its capiatl raise at $1.80 3 years ago.
