As for the bid for vn8, if you hold more than 10% you cant be compulsorily acquired meaning it has to go on as a publicly listed company. If you control 25% then you control any special resolution, like a delisting one. Which means you can either force a bidder up, or block them, its not costing SWP much to continue and its only upside
