Extension of offer period until 27 June. Only minor acceptances to date based on ASX disclosures.

Bit surprised I haven’t been called, I’ve received phone calls when takeovers have been conducted in the past with smaller % holidings. It’s a good process to at least try and understand why people aren't accepting.

I don’t think the threat of low liquidity is gong to sway anyone, liquidity has been low for a decade, investors have been here a long while waiting for a business turnaround or a buyout at a reasonable price.
