DESPATCH NOTICE PURSUANT TO RULE 45 OF THE TAKEOVERS CODE

We refer to the notice given by Silverlake HGH Limited to Finzsoft Solutions
Limited on 28 January 2015 of its intention to make a full takeover offer
under the Takeovers Code to acquire all of the shares and other securities in
Finzsoft.

Silverlake HGH Limited hereby gives notice pursuant to Rule 45(1)(a)(i) of
the Takeovers Code that the Offer Document in respect of the offer has been
sent to Finzsoft shareholders.

Pursuant to Rule 45(1)(a)(ii) of the Takeovers Code, a copy of the Offer
Document is attached to this notice.
