NOTICE OF CHANGE OF RECORD DATE PURSUANT TO RULE 43A OF THE TAKEOVERS CODE
On 28 January 2015, Silverlake HGH Limited ("Silverlake HGH") gave Finzsoft
Solutions Limited ("Finzsoft") a notice pursuant to Rule 41(1) of the
Takeovers Code of its intention to make a full takeover under the Takeovers
Code to acquire all of the shares and other securities in Finzsoft (the
"Offer").
On 5 February 2015, Silverlake HGH gave Finzsoft a notice pursuant to Rule
43A of the Takeovers Code that the record date for the purposes of the Offer
is 9 February 2015.
In accordance with Rule 43A(4) of the Takeovers Code, Silverlake HGH hereby
gives notice to Finzsoft that the record date for the purposes of the Offer
is changed from 9 February 2015 to 23 February 2015 (the "New Record Date").
We look forward to receiving a copy of Finzsoft's securities register as at
the New Record Date in accordance with Rule 42B of the Takeovers Code.
