NOTICE OF DESPATCH PURSUANT TO RULE 45 OF THE TAKEOVERS CODE
1. We refer to the takeover notice given by Holliday Group Holdings (ICT
Investments) Limited ("Holliday Group") to Finzsoft Solutions Limited
("Finzsoft") dated 17 September 2013 in relation to Holliday Group's
intention to make a full takeover offer for all of the equity securities in
Finzsoft ("Offer").
2. Holliday Group hereby gives notice pursuant to Rule 45 of the Takeovers
Code that it despatched the Offer Document in respect of the Offer to
Finzsoft's shareholders and option holders on 14 October 2013.
3. Pursuant to Rule 45(1)(a)(ii) of the Takeovers Code, a copy of the Offer
Document is enclosed with this notice.
