TAKEOVER: JWI: Harvard JV offer update
Just Water International Limited (NZAX:JWI) has today been advised that
Harvard JV will not be extending, or increasing the price for, its takeover
offer. The offer closes at 11.59pm on 19 December 2014.
The independent directors have recommended shareholders accept the offer, for
the reasons set out in the target company statement dated 11 November 2014.
