NOTICE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES PURSUANT TO RULE 36(2) OF THE TAKEOVERS
CODE
I refer to the unconditional cash takeover offer dated 14 November 2014 made
by Harvard JV for all of the ordinary shares in Just Water International
Limited not already held by the members of Harvard JV and all of the options
to subscribe for ordinary shares in Just Water International Limited.
I hereby give notice pursuant to rule 36(2) of the Takeovers Code that Ian
Donald Malcolm and I as trustees of the Edwin Trust, being members of Harvard
JV, made the following on-market acquisition (as bare trustees for The
Harvard Group Limited (also a member of Harvard JV)) of ordinary shares in
Just Water International Limited:
Date of acquisition: 20 November 2014
Number of ordinary shares: 14,800
Weighted average price: 15 cents per share
