NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF 1% OR MORE ACCEPTANCES OF TAKEOVER OFFER
I refer to the unconditional cash takeover offer dated 14 November 2014 made
by Harvard JV for all of the ordinary shares in Just Water International
Limited not already held by the members of Harvard JV and all of the options
to subscribe for ordinary shares in Just Water International Limited.
I hereby give notice pursuant to rule 49A of the Takeovers Code, that, since
Harvard JV's last notice dated 3 December 2014, it has received acceptances
to its takeover offer in respect of:
(a) a further 1,297,914 ordinary shares in Just Water International
Limited, representing a further 1.45% of Just Water International Limited's
total issued share capital (rounded to two decimal places); and
(b) 100,000 Class B Options in Just Water International Limited,
representing 100% of the Class B Options on issue.
The total number of acceptances is now 6,259,768 ordinary shares in Just
Water International Limited, representing 6.98% of Just Water International
Limited's total issued share capital (rounded to two decimal places).
