TAKEOVER: KMD: Notification of receipt of takeover notice

In accordance with Rule 42 of the Takeovers Code, Kathmandu Holdings Limited
notifies NZX that it has, in the later afternoon of 1 July 2015, received a
takeover notice from Briscoe Group Limited.

For a copy of the takeover notice, and the documents that accompanied it
under Rule 41 see attached.
