Remembering that the MOU with the China company was based on the value of one plant being in the $70M range if I recall correctly. I highly doubt that if expected income from one plant was to generate close to what u propose that value would have been ascribed.

Time will tell, however I am equally optimistic albeit I did decide to exit my holding for a time being in the recent spike.
