re: Ann: UCL: Takeover Offer by Minemakers Li... reads well and makes a lot of sense imo. there will be a few scream and kicking ucl holders on here, but it might be time to put the old dog down.
are you going to be ok seals?, be strange if the t/o getups not having ucl around anymore. lot of trading memories from the tech boom with ucl going vertical, making lots of $$.
a wonarah deal with nmdc will potentially bed this in and make a case so compelling 90% will likely be achieved imo.
