    BUT - there is resource, there is a buyer and now it seems there is also the funds to push it through. Although I am dubious and understand most transactions will benefit some more than others, at this stage, we need to get some work completed on the ground.

    I am happy to continue to hold into next year & hopefully see some appreciation in the new year. Lets try to stay positive?!
