    re: Ann: RNG: Takeover Offer for Firestone En... Was checking out Ariona recently (put some info on RNG thread). Couldn't actually see any assets, just lots of potential funding announcements.

    If Ariona have released $250k, it was recently received from RNG as an unsecured loan following acquisition proposal.

    RNG was recently recapped and has a market cap of $6m with $1m cash. The main players paid 0.5c for all or most of their shares with the balance at 2c.
