RNG claim to be raising 12m?? For who I ask...
RNG are taking over Ariona for 125,000,000 shares post consolidation at 20c per share for a scrip value of
$25,000,000 in the new entity for Ariona.
Ariona have only funded a convertible note of $1m to FSE and have only just released $250,000 of that Million in the last week. Could it be a 25 bagger for Ariona???
Ariona are meant to be buying 800m shares from Sekoko. However they want to borrow the money to do this from our friends at RNG...
It is a brilliant deal, one of the best I have seen in terms of leveraging into a company at the expense of everyone else and not putting in any money yourself.
Well done S.Miller( controls Ariona). Nothing anyone can do but suck it up! He is the only one who wins.. Maybe a couple other brokers in there that may do also but that's life. Sometimes we win and sometimes we don't.
