re: Ann: NGF: Takeover Offer for Kalgoorlie M... a stock being illiquid can be beneficial as well ! why does everyone always point out the negatives ? - say NGF takes over more mines around in the area. The synergy of these mines could relate to cost savings and in turn maybe make the mines profitable. Then there is not enough stock to buy !
What would you rather have - further dilution of your shares to do a cap raising to mine a single pit in one of the most expensive countries on earth ? Or give a chance at getting a premium to your shares and hopefully getting cost efficiencies with multiple mines (feeding) to production to drive down "all in costs" of producing gold.
what do we need ?
- gold price to stabilse
- AUD to fall ( and when it does fall it falls quickly)
- decrease of admin overheads
