thankyou for that enlightenment.I could not see why NGF was still public. That makes total sense to me now.

I have no illusion that i will ever get my investment in KMC back. But I will accept the NGF offer. There really wont be an alternative. I learnt a lesson from the SBL disaster some time back..

I believe we are being sold out but the major KMC holders will do OK ,one way or another.

Just a few more thoughts. It is so easy for Zijin to juggle the books to make NGF a barely profitable operation and one that will never pay taxes or dividends. Capital, equipment and i daresay some labour is all imported. So easy for transfer pricing to effectively transfer profits, despite laws against this. (look at Google)
