Strange that this offer arrived exactly 1 day subsequent to the existing board terminating the CEO.
I hope a higher offer emerges as I am still under water. The existing directors should have a view on a value higher that the $0.08c offer.
The buyer will save about $1m per annum straight off by taking the business private.
The options to be issued in April have not been issued so the directors to receive will want something extra for their time.
