Rubbish Pippo17... stop the not so subtle scaremongering. 50c? Where is that number from? Did you just pluck that number out of your bottom or did you engineer it to sow just enough seed of doubt?

- RG can't just lower the offer price. It is not allowed.
- If he pays a single person above the offer price, then everybody gets that higher price.
- If he buys on market at a higher price, then everybody gets that higher price.
- He cannot induce anyone (offer them collateral benefits) to sell him their shares at the offer price. It is not allowed.
- He can't have a 3rd party pick them up at a higher price and then agree to sell to him at the offer price. It is not allowed.
- Only after he reaches 90% can he compulsorily acquire and it must be at the bid price... he can't just offer the remaining 10% lower.

There are a lot of rules governing these take overs. So the scaremongering about him suddenly lowering the offer price is not valid.

Your 50c claim above is worse than the Kin Group phone scam they have been running around ringing unsuspecting shareholders spouting doom and gloom and trying to scare them into signing over their shares.

Sure the SP blipped to 68c for the first time last week but nearly no shares were traded so he didn't pick up many there... so he is only accumulating if people are signing the offer document, and he has a long way to go... and even if he does achieve compulsory acquisition numbers you are still at least getting the offer price... so you can hold until the end and if he does achieve 90% and you don't risk getting below 68c... so really, the only honest reason to be selling is if you just don't think there is any value to this company above 68c, in which case why did you even hold till this level?

I'm curious about your Sentiment. You have BUY and HELD on all your posts... yet your posts are all negative, doom and gloom and making unfounded claims like 50c... so why do you have a BUY sentiment and still HOLDing?
