Yes. We know RG can’t pay more than 84.0c, and the last time shares traded on market at 84.0 was on 23 Jan. Hence everything RG has acquired since 23 Jan MUST have been off- market acceptances.

The 2.1m shares announced in the 3Y today were “acquired” between 30 January 2024 and 6 February 2024 (inclusive). That’s not necessarily on one day or from one party, but I take your point that it’s extremely unlikely to have been from hundreds of small/medium size holdings. Must have been several chunks over 100K each, even if not all from one seller. In fact, the sub sh notice revealed 85.12% held at COB on Friday 2 Feb; the 3Y todayshowed a holding of 85.39% at COB yesterday 6 Feb. Hence, out of the 2.1m,he got 0.27% of 344m = 930K on Monday and Tuesday, and thus 1.2m on the precedingdays. This assumes of course that his disclosures are now correct, for once!
