PGH bought a business off Manipur directors for part cash part PGH script so I guess Manipur
are unhappy with the prospective t/over.I expect they too are out of the money on PGH script.
Who knows ? They may be angling to block t/over with intention of buying back their business ( at a reduced price)
Pure conspiracy theory .
Hopefully just blocking to extricate a higher bid!!
