I agree with both you and john123. This is another ar*e covering letter from the IBC, who seem to be bending over backwards to assist the bidder. Even the words they choose are loaded: today’s letter said “almost” 86.9% to suggest how high that is, and the last one said “over” 85% to imply such great progress had been made towards 90%. What the IBC carefully avoids stating is the objective fact that in the time from COB on 2 Feb to COB 16 Feb bidder moved from 85.12% to 86.8% = 1.7% in two weeks.
The IBC should just shut up: its role is NOT to act as cheerleader for the bidder.
