I agree with johnd123. The language used is consistent with recent communications. The announcement itself is just another attempt to frustrate and scare remaining holders. There is otherwise nothing of value in the letter, and for obvious reasons, the ASX once again did not mark the announcement as market sensitive.
The share registry is being closely monitored. williamteddy has been providing great updates to all readers and we will see Change in Substantial Holding notices from Manipur if / when that happens.
I suspect that the announcement today is Pact / RG’s attempt to try and get ahead of any positive announcement or signal to the market.
