OR Strike need only attain/reach 50+% holding without having to increase their offer further. At that level they:
1. Prevent any other offer reaching a controlling holding.
2. Install their own chair and majority board members.
3. Offer new equity to a friendly party.
4. Use said equity to pay for WGO share of capital costs to develop WE.
5. Negotiate with friendly well funded 3rd party to form new strong partnership for long term developments.
6. Force any future suitor to make a really high premium price for any T/O or influential holdings.
