    hi Hesk, i tried reply & it didn't work
    i think it's a strategic/necessary move as Gina was looking like picking up a fair chunk of wgo at 28c, wgo in stx's hands becomes more valuable, the old 1+1=3 for many reasons but the main one is it gets re-rated as operated reserves/resource, even the wgo board acknowledged this at their AGM. i don't think there is much of a down side as if Gina ups her bid to 34-35c we will get re-rated anyway & if we get it, as i posted this over 2 years ago
