Yeah a total farce. My first interest in this was around the 5.5c mark when it was trading below cash-backing of 7.5c and there is no way a takeover could happen under that price...apparently. This is going back a good 9 months now. Clearly Bushveld was always running the show here. Trash the share price, get the company to buy shares to their advantage and then hit with a lowball offer. There was no rush as we were able to ascertain. This sort of blatant manipulation should be illegal but alas, just another example of ASX stock company corruption.
