damn i was worrying about this all weekend. Seems the board was a little surprised of this?

I'm not believing anything from Taurus, no way this is worth 90c. Strange that we are probably about 2-3 months away from relisting and now they come out with this offer? Shareholders have waited this long whats another couple of months.

Seems like they are trying to make a low ball offer prior to relisting to take advantage of disgruntled shareholders and make a bid to take over the company.

given the company history i would like to see 2 separate independent valuations done before we consider any offer.
