imo Taurus is not interested to take over, as there is no value in it.
1) there are largest share holder
2) there is no value in having shares but not listed
3) why would you want to involve RRP at the the first place - They could have bought the mine all by themselves back in 2016

i think its just a delaying tactic to get listed on the asx.
Before it was finding a suitable director, which took them 5 month, Now this!
IMO every one should start rethinking about why these boys dont want to list.
