In my opinion it seems to me that the number one main point RMS holders are talking about over and over again is the dilution from upcoming CR that EXU shareholders face if they don't take the offer. the reality is that everyone knows a CR has to come sometime and EXU shareholders know this, and before this offer was made by rms on monday, I don't think anyone at exu was stressing or worrying about the dilution from a cr, most people see the big picture - we are coming up to a bfs and the company keeps kicking goals at mace. imo dyor etc.
