A very rash premature statement.
Why premature,
1) Full extent of MACE not complete.
2) Target 8 area to be fully evaluated
3) There are still other target areas not even touch yet. There were 25 in total, 7 to 8 were not worth while. There would be about 8 left at a guess.
EXU has only focussed on what was close to start with.
