He won’t get 25% as he needs at least a holding of 800ML or more shares to get 25%. His holding is currently 377,531,463 shares with a voting power of 11.57%. You see the equation. There is not enough shares on the sell side to achieve either a 20% or 25% holding, unless certain shareholders are giving up on management of HLX but if HLX proves and comes through with the goods those shareholders will look like they have eggs on their faces.
