It would not be unreasonable to expect that the next two dividends may be forgone or drastically reduced based on the tone of TWD's announcement. Personally I have expected some more commentary from TWD regarding the current conditions knowing that the weather and materials pricing have been materially working against them over the last few months. However I would back this team against most other builders in the market based on past history.
