Last time I hold shares in company that got bought out, my shares were automatically sold without my knowledge or consent (wasn't paying attention to my portfolio for years) and I just get a lump sum in my CDIA comsec account. So I have no clue whether to

1. accept the offer or not
2. how to accept it even if I want to (since it requires signing an acceptance form which I can't seem to find).

Sigh. I'm feeling so clueless here.

If its Commsec account and want to accept the offer, you can ring them and they will process your acceptance without the need to fill in a form.

Now that the offer is unconditional, the money is then supposed to be in your account no less than 30 days AFTER your acceptance.

They can only compulsory acquire your shares if they reach 90% of all shares.
