They seem to be saying that from here the aggressors are not to be fully trusted; and that they, the board are losing control of the company .
Responsibly they are alerting all on board to facts, they won’t be able to speak to shareholders if they lose position & each holder now should act to salvage themselves and holdings. Act in own interests now & made aware of the situation. But is game over for this board.
Sorry to see shareholders dragged through so much. For not much advance past few years, and now when gold is roaring.
